Noise in the Office

The trend toward open offices means we’re closer to our coworkers and their conversations. This article addresses noise in the office in relation to the recently released Canadian Standards Association Guideline on Office Ergonomics. It addresses sound-absorbing materials, the advantages of different types of partitions, office layout strategies and the ultimate advantage of good human relations in addressing office noise.
